  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the melted butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
