- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the melted butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
